Innovex Consulting employs a collaborative approach to project execution. Each project is led by a dedicated team of students with diverse skill sets and perspectives. This team typically includes one project manager and four - six consultants. Together, they work throughout the semester to tackle the specific challenges faced by our clients. To ensure transparency and regular communication, we maintain frequent contact with our clients by providing status reports and holding client meetings every week or two weeks. At the conclusion of the semester, we present the results and findings to our clients through a comprehensive deliverable, either online or in-person. This approach allows us to deliver innovative solutions and measurable results tailored to our clients' needs.
